What to Expect: Eagle Crest is a large residential development that consists of homes, vacation condominiums, and 72 holes of golf. The Resort course is one of two regulation courses that is paired with a short Challenge course and the 18 hole grass putting course. The front nine at the Resort course offers plenty of forgiveness while the back nine features much more out of bounds to contend with. While the course isn't one of Oregon's premier layouts, the 2nd hole certainly deserves recognition as one of the Beaver State's finest. The conditioning is commendable at the course and up to the standard one would expect at a resort of this level. While the prime season rate for 18 holes and a cart is stiffer than it should be for this course, the course setup and resort are perfect for a family retreat and certainly adds value.
