What to Expect: Falcon Ridge is located in the small town of Mesquite, NV where there are only two things to do; golf and gamble. The unconventional layout features several severe changes in elevation with the course running inside canyons, over arroyos, and through a housing development. The front nine has more conventional holes than the wild back nine that has drawn comparisons to nearby Wolf Creek. There is no driving range on site and instead players are offered a batting cage to loosen up in ala Merion. Conditioning is average at the course and the GPS carts come in handy for the blind shots that come into play on the back nine.
